Martin E. Clark, Ed.D., President | Email
Martin joined the Foundation in 2004 after over 30 years in higher education. In addition to leading the Foundation, his role includes fund development for major capital projects. Martin and Bonni have two daughters and five grandchildren. They make their home in Beavercreek.

Donna Heinrich, Executive Assistant to the President | Email
Donna celebrates her 33rd year at KMC in 2011 and her 6th year in the Foundation. She works closely with Dr. Clark and assists all staff members when needed. She is a graduate of both Miami University and Bluffton University. She and her husband live in Washington Twp. and raised two children who have blessed them with five grandchildren. Her hobbies include travel, reading, and of course, babysitting.

Kathryn Keyes, Development Director, KC & SMC | Email
Kathryn joined Athens Medical Center Foundation in 2006 as Director of College Development for Kettering College. In 2010, Sycamore Medical Center was added to her fundraising responsibilities. Kathy is experienced in hospital fundraising, as well as higher education, having worked at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Fort Hamilton Hospital, and the University of Cincinnati. She is a graduate of The Ohio State Univesity and serves on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Dave McElwee, Director of Major and Planned Gifts | Email
As Director of Major and Planned Gifts with the Foundation for 13 years, Dave has referred to this position as the most meaningful professional experience of his adult life, thanks, expecially to his many caring donors. His previous two careers centered on his own company, and, subsequently, as a small business management consultant. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester (MBA) and Pacific Lutheran University (BA). Additionally, he truly enjoys being a member of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra Chorus. Also, as a Board member of the Ohio Citizens for the Arts in Columbus, he serves as a lobbyist for the support of the arts in Ohio.

Susan Faulkner, Director of Donor Services | Email
Susan worked in higher education for 22 years before joining the Foundation staff in 2004. Her responsibilities include oversight of Foundation fund distribution, the Grateful Patient Program, selected fundraising, and research. Susan graduated from Miami Jacobs College of Business and also attended Cedarville and Capital Universities. She and her husband have three sons and two grandchildren. Susan is active in her local church where she participates in women's ministries. She also serves as a volunteer counselor for Victim Witness in Greene County, Ohio.

Rita Kaveney, Data Services Manager | Email
Rita manages the fundraising database and is responsible for its effective operation and integrity. She has devoted 18 years of service to KMC. During her time with the Foundation, her diverse roles have allowed her to gain knowledge of all areas of development necessary to bring excellence to her position in serving staff and donors. Rita and her husband have a son and daughter and reside in Beavercreek.

Teresa Geisterfer, Development Coordinator & Event Manager | Email
Teresa will tell you that one of the best things about her job as Event Manager is the relationships and friendships that have developed since she began in June of 1999. While planning and executing the details of each Foundation event, she considers herself extremely fortunate to have a job that allows her to meet new people while raising money for those in need. Teresa and her husband live in Centerville and between them have six children and eight grandchildren.
